By creating an account or using Budget Manager ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time — continued use of the Service after any change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Budget Manager is a personal finance management application that allows you to track income, expenses, savings, and debt across multiple workspaces. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with a free trial period. Features may vary depending on your subscription plan.
Free Trial
New accounts receive a free trial period. During the trial, you have access to all features. No payment method is required to start a trial.
Paid Subscription
After the trial period, a paid subscription is required to continue using the Service. Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.
Payment Verification
Payments are manually verified by our team upon receipt submission. We reserve the right to reject invalid or fraudulent receipts. Subscription access is granted once payment is confirmed.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for unused time.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose. Prohibited activities include:
Ownership
You retain full ownership of all financial data you enter into the Service. We do not claim any rights over your data.

Export & Deletion
You can export your data at any time from within the app. If you delete your account, all your data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
The Service and all its content, features, and functionality (including the design, code, text, and graphics) are owned by Budget Manager and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Budget Manager is a personal finance tool — we are not a financial advisor. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Budget Manager shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms of Service, submit fraudulent payment receipts, or engage in any activity that we determine to be harmful to the Service or other users. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties before resorting to formal legal proceedings.
